St. Croix Mission Trip

After Hurricane Irma wrecked havoc across the Caribbean in 2017, St. Croix was the island that came to the rescue. the island brought over many resources and supplies to their sister islands for aid. Little did St. Croix know that a Category 5 hurricane, Hurricane Maria, was going to make a direct hit less than a week later.

Ally G's was scheduled to volunteer the week the hurricane hit. A year and a half later the team was cleared to help.

We spend five days on the island helping out a number of great people and organizations. We want to give a special thanks to Lutheran Social Services, Queen Louise Home for Children, Frederiksted Health Clinic, Southgate Coastal Reserve of St Croix, and the Environmental Association of St. Croix.

Every bit counts
