Founder & President
Ally G.
Allyson Genovese — known to many as Ally G—is a dynamic force for empowerment, wellness, and giving back. Originally from Connecticut, Ally built a successful career in the financial industry, earning her Series 6, 63, and Insurance licenses. After the birth of her child, she chose to refocus her energy on her family and the passions that truly inspire her.
A lifelong advocate for healthy living, Ally became a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, aroma touch therapist, and reflexologist. For more than 15 years, she has devoted herself to philanthropy—organizing and hosting countless charitable events that support homeless shelters, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, veterans’ programs, underprivileged children, and individuals in need. Her commitment to service extends globally through annual mission trips abroad.
Ally’s mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire others to take control of their lives, make healthy choices, stay active, and believe in their own potential—living by her motto, “Inspiring others to believe in miracles.”
Her journey has been featured in World Physique Magazine and Poise New England Pageant Magazine. She has modeled in the Caribbean and appeared in the film The Heat, HBO’s Olive Kitteridge, music videos, and national commercials. She has also been a special guest on FTNS Radio and iHeartRadio, sharing her story and inspiring listeners nationwide.
Through her YouTube vlog, “Adventures with Ally G,” and her book, From Mom to Fitness Model, Ally continues to motivate others to dream boldly and live fully. She proudly holds titles including WBFF Pro (2011), Ms. Tri-State (2014), Ms. New England States (2015), Mrs. Connecticut America (2016), and was a Top 15 Finalist at Mrs. America.
Vice-President
Martin Vincent
Martin is originally from the United Kingdom and proudly serves as our first international board member. With over 30 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Martin brings a deep well of creative expertise, technical skill, and industry insight to the team. His design work spans a wide range of sectors including retail, hospitality, non-profits, and corporate branding, making him an invaluable asset to our organization.
In addition to his design prowess, Martin is a seasoned SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist, with a proven track record of helping businesses enhance their online visibility. He works strategically to optimize websites for search engines—especially Google—ensuring higher rankings for target keywords, increased organic traffic, improved user engagement, and stronger conversion rates. His efforts contribute directly to growing client bases and boosting overall profitability.
Martin plays a vital role in all of our marketing initiatives, from branding and web design to social media strategy and digital outreach. His ability to blend creativity with data-driven solutions gives us a unique professional edge and helps our organization stand out in a crowded marketplace.
A natural collaborator and passionate supporter of community-driven causes, Martin is proud to be part of Ally G’s Everyday Angels, where he channels his talents into making a meaningful difference. His generous spirit, dedication, and professionalism embody the values we stand for.
Outside of work, Martin is a semi-professional pool player and a keen golfer. He also plays the clarinet and, to the delight of many, is an accomplished magician—bringing wonder and joy wherever he goes.
Treasurer
Iole Punzo
Iole Punzo, RN, BSN, is a seasoned medical professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade in aesthetics. She holds certification in aesthetics from The New England School of Aesthetics Education and a BSN from St. Joseph College. Iole's extensive background includes ICU, trauma, and surgical care, fueling her passion for aesthetic medicine.
As the owner of Pure Essence Center for Wellness and Aesthetics in Wolcott, CT, she is dedicated to restoring clients' confidence through various treatments such as laser therapies and injectable procedures. Iole is also an active board member of The Esthetic Coalition of CT and a prolific writer on skin health.
Secretary
Amy Miglorie
Amy is the Director of Operations for Healogics, overseeing wound care centers throughout New Jersey and New York. In this role, she ensures that individuals requiring wound care receive the necessary treatment, collaborating with various organizations to support underprivileged patients who cannot afford their care.
Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications from Castleton University in Castleton, Vermont. She resides in Cromwell with her husband, two daughters, stepson, and three wonderful granddaughters.
Passionate about giving back, Amy dedicates her time to volunteering and helping those in need, a value she has instilled in her daughters. She is also privileged to serve on the board of the Ally G’s Everyday Angels Foundation, furthering her commitment to assisting others
in need.

In Loving Memory of Tom Genovese
Tom Genovese has a rich history of leadership and community service. In his earlier years, he served as Scoutmaster of Troop 111 in Naugatuck and went on to become the charter president of the Naugatuck chapter of UNICO. Tom founded his own electrical contracting business in 1987, successfully running it until 2011. He has also been an active member of the SYC Yacht Club in Groton, Connecticut, where he ascended the ranks to become Commodore, overseeing a club with 200 boat slips and 400 members. Currently, Tom works as an estimator and project manager for Lupo Electric.
Tom is passionate about spending time with his family, fishing, and dedicating his time to volunteer work at Ally G's Everyday Angels Foundation. His diverse experiences and commitment to community service make him a valuable asset to our board.

Reese
Co-Founder of #TeamAllyG
Reese is a proud member and co-founder of #TEAMALLYG, the teen outreach program for Ally G’s Everyday Angels Foundation. A dedicated student in accelerated classes with straight A’s, Reese has been making a difference in her community since she was just five years old! From hosting fundraisers for pet adoption centers to supporting children’s mental health after the pandemic, she’s always ready to lend a helping hand and inspire others to do the same.
Reese splits her time between Southington High School and the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, where her love for performing, singing, and musical theater truly shines. When she’s not on stage or studying, you can find her hanging out with her two dogs and cat, getting lost in a good book, listening to music, or exploring new places.
She’s been part of Ally G’s Everyday Angels Foundation since its very beginning in 2014 and is excited to keep growing #TEAMALLYG by empowering more teens to get involved and give back!
Ava
Ava Martin is a dedicated and hard working student who challenges herself academically by excelling in all of her accelerated courses at Southington High School. Outside of the classroom, Ava participates in Key Club, a club that allows her the opportunity to give back to people in the community who may be experiencing hardships. Additionally, she participates in Deca and Spanish Club.
Ava was honored to join the Jr. Board in 2021, but has been volunteering her time since she was in preschool. “I have always been amazed by how much charity is given back to the community, and I love the way giving back to others makes me feel.” Helping with Ally G's Everyday Angels provides Ava with a sense of pride and accomplishment as well as eagerly awaits what lies ahead for future causes and events.
Ava’s favorite part of participating in the Jr. Board is being able to communicate with other people her age, share ideas on how to help others that inspire them to take action, and make a change in others’ lives. Outside of school, Ava lives with her parents and her dog, Prinny.
Her interests include drawing, painting, reading and writing. Additionally, Ava is an avid skier and enjoys hanging out with her friends.
Nicole
Nicole is an upcoming freshman in college attending the University of South Carolina! She has graduated high school as a member of the Class of 2024 with a 4.0+ GPA. She is a South Carolina Junior Scholar, member of the Junior Beta club, National Honors Society, National English Honors Society, and Rho Kappa. She was Captain of the JV Cheer Team after having done competitive dance for 8 years.
Though Nicole was born in Middletown Connecticut, she lives with her parents in
Myrtle Beach.
What started in elementary school has continued with Nicole's desire to help others and volunteer. She has taken a page out of her mother's book in giving back to those in need of help. Nicole hopes to continue this trend by becoming a nurse.
The diversity of Ally G's Every Day Angels Foundation and the work it does is an exciting prospect. Nicole is honored and is looking forward to continuing with #TEAMALLYG.
